In 2008 my husband and I were looking to purchase our first home and we were completely lost in what to we needed to do. Our real estate agent at the time recommended we get a mortgage broker and that John Harker is a personal friend of his and is the best in the business. John was great right from that first phone call. He made the experience much easier and he explained every step to us – plus he was able to get us the best rate available. When we sold our home to purchase our second home late 2013 we did not hesitate to contact John again. We would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for the best in quality service!
