Found John Harker online and so glad we did, very experienced and so easy to deal with. John sent us a first time Home buyers guide from Canada Mortgage & Housing that answered all questions. Our bank as we found out was quoting “Posted Rate” and John got us a much better interest rate and saved us thousands of dollars in interest charges over the first 5 years. We had heard that mortgage brokers charge a fee, John DID NOT CHARGE US and does not charge as a professional mortgage person. We would strongly recommend “Coach John” for all your mortgage needs. As it turned out John had coached some of our friends in Minor Hockey.
