We had checked with our bank for a mortgage and decided to see what other options were out there for our first house. Found John Harker online and so glad we did, very experienced and so easy to deal with. John sent us a first time Home buyers guide from Canada Mortgage & Housing that answered all questions. Our bank as we found out was quoting “Posted Rate” and John got us a much better interest rate and saved us thousands of dollars in interest charges over the first 5 years. We had heard that mortgage brokers charge a fee, John DID NOT CHARGE US and does not charge as a professional mortgage person. We would strongly recommend “Coach John” for all your mortgage needs. As it turned out John had coached some of our friends in Minor Hockey.
